I think this project overall went really well (even though i have some major issues). I think I had a good start. I think I had a good research question and good results with my survey.
Were things started to go wrong was when I lost my original source (which was my fault). I also am a very very very good procrastinator. The new article wasn't exactly on my topic but i had to work with it because i didn't have anything else. Next time I going to try and be more organized and careful.
This has affected me in a weird sort of way. I was surprised with my results. I always though most kids were in different universes than adults. According to my results this status quo isn't true. Teens actually get along with their parents.
I didn't really learn anything about my own experience as a teenager. I learned a lot about what other people think on my subject. I learned that most people actually get along with their parents.
So yeah thats pretty much it. YES I'M FINALLY DONE!!!

If I had more time to research I would try and find if anyone had found similar results as me. I would also interview students to see specifically how much they like their parents.I would also ask them in more detail about if they didn't like their parents why. I would also try to get the parents views on things and ask them specific questions about why they think their teen seems like they don't care and don't listen.
Based on what I have learned I have concluded that the stereotype that parents and teens are always at odds is a lie. Yes there special circumstances, but overall it seems like teenagers get along with their parents pretty well. Yes parents and teens have disagreements occasionally, but you probably get into arguments more with your friends than more than your parents.
